- What: In response, the authors explore the association between the managers` levels of both dark traits and emotional intelligence. subdimensions such as emotional regulation (Bianchi et_al, 2020; Côté et_al, 2011; Davis and Nichols, 2016). The authors therefore use LPA to identify such emerging AEI profiles (based on the QEPro`s seven dimensions described above) among a population of managers and then explore their relationships with dark traits (psychopathy, Machiavellianism, and narcissism).
