In vivo immune-modulatory activity of lefamulin in an influenza virus a (h1n1) infection model in mice

HIGHLIGHTS

  • What: The authors further investigated the immune-modulatory activity of lefamulin in the influenza A/H1N1 acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) model in BALB/c mice. The aim of this study was to evaluate lefamulin`s anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory properties in the murine ARDS model induced by the influenza virus A/H1N1, a model that is able to replicate most clinical and pathological changes observed in human ARDS.
  • Who: Susanne Paukner and colleagues from the Inc, Fort Washington, PA, USA have published the research work: In Vivo Immune-Modulatory Activity of Lefamulin in an . . .
