  • What: The primary reasons attributed to their choice (an unwillingness to work in rural areas) were the limited scope of occupational growth opportunities, a lack of accountability, issues with access to the necessary medical resources needed to perform their jobs adequately, and the XSL. The study will investigate the motivational job attributes valued by final-year postgraduate residents, who exhibit a higher propensity to quit their occupations and stay for shorter durations in rural areas, and specialist physicians, given the huge number of vacancies in the public health system.
