  • What: The paper discusses the concerns of instructors and evaluators, such as those related to issues of reliability and validity and on the other hand, practicality. The aim of this paper is to survey all the means and course of identifying the English speaking skills. This study had a sample of 100 intermediate proficient English language learners recruited from a language program at a large urban university.
