• What: This study aimed to characterize a double-hit gene-environment rodent model for ASD, particularly focusing on the process of attention. This study explored the separate and combined effects of Cntnap2 deficiency and poly I:C maternal immune activation on relevant measures of attentional processing. This investigation showed that both MIA and genetic knockout can affect the cognitive process of attention separately;
