- what: The authors investigated the effect of LTRAs on IL-25, IL-33, and TSLP expression in human lung/bronchial epithelial_cells and the possible underlying intracellular mechanisms, including epigenetic modification. The authors also demonstrated that montelukast induced increases in IL25, IL33, and TSLP mRNA expression by upregulating histone H3 acetylation.
