- What: This study seeks to fill this gap by providing a comprehensive analysis of the challenges in implementing effective data privacy laws in the age of big data. Unlike previous studies that primarily assess legal compliance, this study investigates how data privacy laws can evolve to accommodate the demands of innovation while ensuring data security and privacy protections.
