• What: The studies show tendency for oscillating-rotating toothbrushes to remove more interproximal than oscillating toothbrushes especially in short time (8 weeks). The included studies had to have been published from the year 2000 onwards, as it is reasonable to assume that electric toothbrush technology has changed considerably in that time , and any conclusions drawn from this review should be based on the electric toothbrush technologies available to the public today.
