• What: The aim of this scoping review is to identify and describe activities for training service users in the use of telehealth. The review also aimed to identify gaps in the literature and determine future research needs. Galvin et al Approach A scoping review was identified as the most relevant method to answer the review question , as the research question was exploratory and aimed to map the breadth and heterogeneity of the literature.
