Relationship between workload and work fatigue in employees of company’s production department

• What: The research is also in line with research conducted in Ardiyanti et_al, which revealed that there is a relationship between mental workload and work fatigue ( p-value=0.013). According to ( Tarwaka, 2010) explains that workload is something that arises from the interaction between the demands of tasks in the work environment which is used as a workplace, skills and perceptions of workers.
